John O. Wesson, DVM
Dr. Wesson graduated from Harvard University and from the University of California School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, he was a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot. His special medical interests include ultrasound, thermal imaging, laser therapy and surgery. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their small herd of cats.
Chase M. Appleby, DVM
Dr. Appleby graduated from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed his clinical rotations at Virginia-Maryland Regional Collage of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to completing his DVM he spent over 20 years rehabilitating abused animals at the Washington Animal Rescue League, now the Humane Rescue Alliance. His medical interests include surgery and diagnostic imaging. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, participating in DC kickball, and cooking.
Charlie Jackson, DVM
Dr. Jackson graduated from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine after completing her clinical year at Lincoln Memorial University. Before veterinary school, she started at the University of Southern California as a screenwriting major. Quickly, her love for science, medicine, and most importantly animals, redirected her career path. Since discovering her love for veterinary medicine, she's worked at zoos, shelters, and emergency hospitals. In her free time she likes hanging out with her Coconut Retriever, Sage, binging Netflix documentaries, and travelling at every opportunity.
